Store number 1110Very unhappy with the service I experience today very unprofessional very childish I used to never have a problem with the location until today when I waited almost 35 minutes from my food watching everybody that ordered a cheese steak behind me which I've also ordered a cheese steak and a turkey Bowl and I waited almost 35 minutes from my food while I was waiting everybody that ordered behind me got their food first I heard an employee tell another employee to get on top of my turkey Bowl the girl whatever girl was working the one that has the fake looking face made a smart comment about who is is the bowl for when she was sitting in the back room for almost 15 minutes knowing they were short staffed and that's all that she kept selling telling me is that they were short staffed that's why I was waiting that long *** very unprofessional when I asked for their name which they should be wearing a name tag they refuse to give me their first name when I was finally giving my food my food was thrown at me with the wrong sub with my bowl of soup tilted to the side with my turkey Bowl falling out of its bowl because it was tilted to the side giving me the wrong sub just to get me out of the store and this is all done by the girl with the fake looking face I don't care how loud I got if you can't deal with it don't work in a fast food environment I don't recall the guy's name but the only one that was working hard was the black guy working on the other everyone else was joking around known they were short staffed my order was number 271 people that got their food before me was -274-275 and 276 and 278 and I still sat there and waited hopefully that little girl reeds this far as im concerned u gunna learn today u want to sit there and talk mess under ypur breath she had a snotty attitude because I was frustrated as a customer about waiting 35 mins for food and everyone that oder after me got there food at least 6 sustomers who order after me got food first but i can honestly say I would of calm down but with her attitude and snotty remarks it raged the situation worse she doesn't need to be in fast food she has no customer skills she took off name tag so I couldn't get her name

Preferred solution: I would like a refund for 1 bowl of soup cheese teak half and a turkey Bowl and possibly the girl who wouldn't give me her name at store 1110 needs consequences for her actions suspended or terminated and taking off customer service

Problems with management.
There is a serious issue with the current management going on the the 9120 northland location in Appleton. This particular issue on hand pertains to an AGM by the name of Aaron H.
He has been helping out at the 9120 location however on the night of Wednesday November 22nd he decided to walk out mid shift. Didnt say a word to me or the other guy working. We were completely slammed up to our necks in orders and in the middle of the rush he walked out with no explanation or excuses for his actions and behavior. He appears to be close friends with the GM Lenita Cornelius though because after this incident not only was he not written up, but no action was taken into it at all.
Not even a slap on the wrist. Theres no reason that an employee ESPECIALLY an AGM should be getting away with those types of actions. Lenita is strictly making decisions based from an emotional standpoint rather than a business perspective. This is completely unacceptable.
She is instead cutting the hours and threatening to write up crew members that are actually doing their jobs and showing up to their shifts.
I hope some action can take place from this. Ever since this GM has taken over this location has been going completely downhill.

Just left 135 W. Wilson Ave., Oak Creek Wisconsin, (store #1143)and the manager, no name tag, white short female, stubby, brownish hair with glasses was the worst manager Ive ever experience in my whole entire life.
After telling her my steak sandwiches was not hot she opened the sandwich and fingered it.
She became confrontational and asked me if I want it burnt?
It was a not only unprofessional, unsanitary, ignorant, rude, and insulting, it was racially motivated.
What a way to teach a staff.
It is totally outrageous and unacceptable, she was wayy out of line. If this is the type of people, youre hiring to run the business its downhill from here!.

Cousins Subs is a U.S. sub sandwich chain founded by two cousins from Atlantic City, New Jersey: Bill Specht and James Sheppard in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Cousins Subs is a regional chain with stores throughout the Midwest and on the West Coast. Even though the majority of franchises are in Wisconsin, Cousins Subs restaurants can also be found in five other states: Arizona, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Until 1985 all Cousins Subs locations were company-owned. Cousins continued to open company-owned stores until 2004.
